This eleven person home rental in a quiet residential neighborhood is the perfect place to call home base while visiting Cape Cod. It has everything guests need to relax and unwind after a day on the beach or exploring Cape Cod. The home has four bedrooms (includes one basement bedroom) and is able to sleep eleven guests comfortably. There are a total of nine beds, three queens, two full, four twins and two full bathrooms. An outdoor shower ensures that everyone will have a place to rinse off after returning home from the beach covered in sand. Outside, guests can enjoy the deck with a charcoal grill, gas grill, and outdoor furniture.

While some relax with a glass of wine on the patio, others can put their feet up in the living room. The living area and kitchen have an open floor plan and allow guests to spend quality time together. If guests don't feel like eating out, the kitchen is fully equipped so that guests may enjoy any meal at home, be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The patio outside is perfect for cook-outs before guests retire inside for family game night or a movie. During the summer enjoy the newly installed CENTRAL AIR conditioning.

Guests will find the rental has everything they need to truly enjoy a vacation on Cape Cod, with comfort and a great location. The cottage has a full kitchen with appliances like a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave, and a lobster pot, as well as cooking utensils and dishes. The living room has space for everyone and is a great place for a family game night, movies, or just to curl up for a short nap. The home also has CABLE with the NESN sports package and high-speed internet. Need more space for the kids, this house has you covered with its amazing basement entertainment area outfitted with New England sports murals such as the Red Sox and Bruins. The basement includes game stations with designated television, movie television, ping pong, air hockey, foosball and dozens of board games. No matter how guests decide they want to spend their time in the house, be it cookouts, lawn games, game nights, or something else, this Cape Cod rental is just the place you are looking for.

Television and Internet Details:

There is wifi internet and television/Comcast/ Xfinity cable in the living room and master bedroom. NESN / Sports cable package upgrade to watch the Bruins and Red Sox. The living room TV is a smart TV and the bedroom has cable and a Firestick. Charging station on the desk for phones and accessories.

***Linens for the beds are provided as part of the cleaning fee. To keep cleaning fees reasonable, towels are available but tenants must wash towns and return to the linen closet. The cleaning service charges an additional $2 per towel not washed and this would be charged back. Trash pick up is on Friday am and recycling every other week.

There is a Ring doorbell security camera at the entrance for both our guest's safety and for when no one is home.

Cape home is a comfortable cozy home suitable for any family. The living space is all on one floor. Washer, dryer and game room in the basement. The home is located on a private, quiet street with plenty of opportunity for walks on trails and bike rides. 3 miles to grocery, movies, rte 149, 2.5 miles to Rte 28.

This home is great for someone who had difficulty with stairs and perfect for family gatherings or a couples getaway.

Harwich MA is located near the halfway mark of Cape Cod. This is the perfect location to reach many attractions on the Cape. The home is close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Harwich, Dennis and Brewster beaches, Kayaking at Bass River, Monomoy fishing charters and much much more.....

The drive to the beaches is all back roads and not main roads, so it’s quick with a no stress drive. Almost all beaches offer daily parking for on-site or weekly passes can be purchased at the town halls. Because of the variety, we like to explore multiple beaches and our favorite beaches are Mayflower, Corporation, West Dennis, Skaket, Paines Creek, Cold Storage, and the best-kept secret Crowe's Pasture.

The home is on the Dennis line and close to Brewster making Dennis, Harwich, Brewster and Orleans beaches within 5-10 minutes.

The best part of a long day at the beach - 1.3 miles to Sand pond in Harwich which is usually our stop on the way back where the kids love to visit and rinse off from a long day at the beach.
