The space

This Condo in Cape Coral, FL is the perfect place to call home base while visiting Southwest FL. The home is less than a minute to restaurants, shops, doctors & Publix supermarket, and 1 mile from Cape Harbor It has everything guests need to relax and unwind after a day on the beach or exploring the many surrounding areas. The home has two bedrooms and is able to sleep, six guests. There are a total of four beds, one king, one queen, and two chair sofa beds.

An outdoor patio lanai ensures that everyone will have a place to relax off after returning from the beach. Outside, guests can enjoy the condo association's new pool onsite.

While some relax on the lanai, HOA community pool area, others can put their feet up in the living room. The living area and kitchen have an open floor plan and allow guests to spend quality time together. If guests don't feel like eating out, the kitchen is fully equipped so that guests may enjoy any meal at home, be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Guests will find the rental has everything they need to truly enjoy a vacation with comfort and a great location. The home has a full kitchen with appliances like a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave, as well as cooking utensils and dishes. The living room has space for everyone and is a great place for a family game night, movies, or just to curl up for a short nap. The home also has streaming Television with high-speed internet. For your entertainment, we have included dozens of board games. No matter how guests decide they want to spend their time at this Cape Condo, this home is just the place you are looking for. Note that parties are not allowed and guests under 25 require advance approval. Per the Condo, association pets are not allowed.  Any animals brought on the property would require liability insurance presented prior to entering the property.

Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a Ring doorbell that records motion at the door and allows us to answer the door remotely when the home is unoccupied. There are no camera devices inside the home.  Our cleaner closet is also monitored by a contact alarm system and guests do not have access to the closet.  Finally, there are cameras at the community pool monitored by the homeowners' association.  

Entire home rental for your Cape Coral vacation. This home is great for someone who had difficulty with stairs and perfect for a family or a couples getaway. Everything is on one floor with a large living room and kitchen, dining area.

Our guests love the layout of the home and all of the amenities available to them. They also say that they love being in a quiet neighborhood where they can walk or run. Finally, they love the location in the Pelican section of Cape Coral and the proximity to the attractions.
